United21, with a strong online legacy and over 40 HLTV-covered events, teams up with CYBER.MD, CYBER.MD is a large network of computer and gaming clubs in Moldova, focused on gamers,
e-sports players, tournaments, and gaming events.
Together we now present a brand-new series of LAN tournaments in Moldova: United21 x CYBER.MD Masters #1, a VRS Tier-2 event featuring LAN finals in Chișinău, Moldova
and up to $10000 prize pool.
The event is open to all teams on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 16 teams.

Teams are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation. Teams can choose to arrive on either May 3rd or 4th, depending on their group placement.
Chișinău has an international airport located just 25 minutes from the venue. You can arrive at Chișinău International Airport and reach CYBER MD quickly by taxi or public transport.The venue is situated on Bulevardul Dacia 35, one of the city’s main avenues, with convenient access by bus and trolleybus from different parts of the city.

Tournament details
United21 x CYBER.MD Masters #1 is a tier 2 ranked event using the VRS ranking to seed the teams into the group stages. No VRS filter and no VRS invitations. Sign-ups are open to all teams. First comes first served.
The entire tournament will be played on LAN in Moldova
16 teams. Your registration is not complete until your ticket purchase is confirmed with payment after signing up on United21. Spots are limited!
United21 x CYBER.MD Masters #1 will be seeded using the 6th of April 2026 Valve Regional Standings update.
After 6th of April teams will not be able to swap players affecting the seeding/VRS.
Four (4) groups of four (4) teams divided by seeding, Group A: 1, 8, 9, 16, Group B: 3, 6, 11, 14, Group C: 4, 5, 12, 13, Group D: 2, 7, 10, 15. Two teams from each group qualify for the single elimination BO3 playoffs.
3 points – Win in regulation time 2 points – Win in overtime 1 point – Loss in overtime 0 points – Loss in regulation time
If two or more teams are tied in total points at the end of the group stage, the following criteria will be applied in order:
- Round difference
- Head-to-head result
- Fewer total round losses
- Higher initial seed
Coverage on HLTV.org toward VRS and ranking status from what stage of the tournament cannot be guaranteed prior to confirmation.

Prize Pool by Team Count
The total prize pool will be determined by the number of participating teams as follows.
Prize pool Breakdown — 1st = 70% | 2nd = 20% | 3 = 10%

All refunds are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency.
- 1–8 teams: USD 5,000 prize pool
- 9–15 teams: USD 7,000 prize pool
- 16 teams: USD 10,000 prize pool
- The registration fee per team 1000 USD
- Prize pool will be paid within 30-60 days after payment details has been sent (in crypto)

Compensation & Rules
Only prize pool payouts; no other appearance/revenue shares.
Integrity: Organizer may reject teams/players with VAC bans or integrity concerns.
No sibling/academy teams owned by the same organization in the same tournament.
Re-fund policy: If your team needs to withdraw from the tournament before 20th of April we will try to replace your team with teams on the waiting list. If we find a replacement we will re-fund the full amount. If teams withdraw or fail to lock in lineup after 20th of April no refund will be made. All refunds are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency.
Full rules will be released no later than two weeks before the event.
